Point of Contact

Upon listening to and classifying the client’s required assistance, the client is referred to the partner in-charge. The firm then weighs in on possible conflicts of interest issues. We conduct a quick internal audit to review whether a new client has an adverse interest to any of our other existing clients.

Communication

One of our key objectives is to always have an informed clientele base. The firm takes communication with clients very seriously. Clients are normally kept abreast of their matters with the firm on a regular basis by email, letters, fax or telephone.

Confidentiality

The firm is heavily reliant of the oldest rule of Advocate client confidentiality. This policy is central to all our client dealings save where the law precludes Advocates from invoking it.

Billing

The firm uses the Advocates Remuneration Order in billing clients or hourly billing. We allow clients to freely discuss and agree on the billing structure that suits them best.
