The Firm undertakes interviews and hires law graduates from various universities. The Firm has, as one of its main objectives the development of lawyers with a sense of responsibility and legal capability.

The firm takes up students undertaking their pupillage programme from the Kenya School of Law.

We also have a mentorship programme where interns from various universities are given an opportunity to learn from our Advocates for short periods as they pursue their law Degree.
